Glossary​

  • Template: A set of ready-made designs consisting of photo holders, text fields, cliparts, backgrounds, etc., to help users create designs easily.
  • Template Group: A group of templates displayed on the dashboard, useful for managing large volumes of designs.
  • Store: A storefront or website where your templates are made available.
  • Layouts: A predefined set of photo holders used to speed up the design process in the editor.

2. How to Publish Single Template Groups to the Store​

Step 1: Go to admin

  • Enter your login credentials
  • Click the Submit button

Step 2: From the Dashboard:

  • Navigate to Creative Assets > Templates
  • Click EzyCreate Templates to view the list of templates

Step 3:

  • Click the Add button next to the Template Group you want to publish

Note: A Template Group organizes templates for easier management.

Step 4:

  • A pop-up window will appear with a list of all stores
  • Select the store(s) where you want to publish the template
  • Click the Add button

Note: Once published, the templates will be available for use in the store's product configurator.

Confirmation: You will see the message: "Added successfully to store"

3. How to Publish Selective Template(s) within a Template Group to the Store​

Step 1: Go to admin

  • Enter your login credentials
  • Click Submit

Step 2: From the Dashboard:

  • Go to Creative Assets > Templates
  • Click EzyCreate Templates

Step 3:

  • Click on a Template Group to view its templates
  • Select individual templates by ticking the checkboxes
  • Click the Add to Store button

Step 4:

  • A pop-up with available stores will appear
  • Select the store(s)
  • Click the Add button

Confirmation: You will see: "Added successfully to store"

4. How to Publish Multiple Template Groups to the Store(s)​

Step 1: Go to: https://admin.ezycreate.com/

  • Log in and click Submit

Step 2: From the Dashboard:

  • Navigate to Creative Assets > Templates
  • Click EzyCreate Templates

Step 3:

  • Use the checkboxes to select multiple Template Groups
  • Click the Add button

Step 4:

  • A pop-up with store options will appear
  • Select the store(s)
  • Click Add

Confirmation: You will see: "Added successfully to store"

5. How to Add a Template to a Store Product​

Pre-requisite: EzyCreate plugin must be installed and you must have access to the admin dashboard.

Step 1: Log in and access: https://www.photojaanic.com/admin/settings/ezycreate/templates

If access is denied, request permissions from the site administrator.

Step 2:

  • Enter the Product ID
  • Click Apply Filter

Step 3: You will now see templates for the selected product:

  • To add all templates: Click Select All and then Add Bulk
  • To add specific templates: Tick individual checkboxes and click Add

Confirmation: Templates will now appear on the product’s theme selection page in the store.
